Planning Session

Planning session will occur 6 weeks before the wedding day. During the planning session we will do a walkthrough of the venue and review the layout for the set-up. We will go over the event requirements as well as review and finalize the timeline. Client will provide to Primrose the vendor information and outline of services expected from vendor.

Rehearsal

Primrose will be present at the rehearsal and faciliate if needed. During the rehearsal we will meet wedding party and be introduced as point of contact for the wedding. We will do final walkthrough of the venue and make any additional changes to the timeline if needed.

Wedding Day

On the wedding day, Primrose will arrive before the first scheduled vendor to greet and direct them to the set up area. Primrose will also help with any light setup, agreed upon before, and will check in with wedding party throughout the morning to ensure everyone is running on time. We will help greet arriving guests and direct them to seating area. During reception Primrose will ensure agreed upon events happen according to the timeline (cake cutting, toast, first dance etc).

Client will provide to Primrose the vendor information and outline of services expected from vendor.

On day of the event, Primrose will arrive before the first scheduled vendor to greet and direct them to the set up area. Primrose will also help with any light setup, agreed upon before, and will check in with hosts to ensure they are running on time. We will help greet arriving guests and direct them to seating area. During reception Primrose will ensure agreed upon events happen according to the timeline.
